The exhibit is in Xiang Sha Wan, inner-Mongolia.

Kathleen Laraia McLaughlin will be celebrating the launch of her book The Color of Hay at SPACE Gallery. Kathleen and her husband Henry, who wrote the text for the book, lived with a peasant family for a year documenting village life and folk traditions. They lived in northern Transylvania, Romania for two years.
